REGISTRATION FEES

CFC Conference

$170.00 (US Dollars) per person, inclusive of 5 meals cafeteria style buffet, 2 nights dormitory style accommodations and cost of conference

Kids’ Watch

$30.00 (US Dollars) per child, inclusive of 5 meals cafeteria style buffet.  Child will room with parents so you will need to bring an extra sleeping bag, pillow and blankets as needed.  Kid’s Watch will be provided whole day Saturday.

Submit completed registration form with payment (please make check payable to ‘Couples For Christ’ and write “Conference 2009” on the memo field of the check) to your Area Conference Coordinator (ACC) or you can mail your registration and payment directly to:

Online Registration

Online Registration is now available! Click on the ACCEPTIVA link to register using your VISA or MasterCard Credit Card. 

Please note that a $5.00 credit card processing fee will be added per delegate being registered to the total amount that will be charge to your credit card for using online registration. A total of $175.00 per registrant will be charge to your credit card.

Our CFC brethren from Canada may also use this online registration.  Just a reminder, the total amount that will appear on your credit card statement will already be in Canadian dollars using the exchange rates used by your credit card company plus any additional foreign transaction fees added per your credit card company’s terms of agreement.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The last day of registration will be on July 1, 2009 or when the maximum number of delegates has been reached whichever comes first.

(Please note that the conference can only accommodate a maximum of 1,600 delegates.  As it is, registration is on a first come first serve basis.  As we monitor the registration, it may be needed that a set maximum number of delegates from each area may be allocated, including from Canada.  Register early so you can reserve your spot!)

NOTE:  NO Walk-in Registrations will be accepted!
